    This is a GREAT paring knife. Like all Shuns, it’s razor sharp. It’s also comfortable in your hand and just the right size for intricate cutting jobs. The handle is hollow, but still has the right amount of weight/balance. I’ve really enjoyed using it in my kitchen.
