I have a set of Shun knives. They are unlike any knives I’ve ever owned, including some others that were pretty expensive. They’re so sharp!!! Amazing brand, amazing for chefs or chef enthusiasts! Keep them clean and store them in a safe place and these knives will last for a lifetime!
